Currently, we offer two levels of membership for our “DEALER NETWORK”:
Standard Level and Premier Level.

STANDARD LEVEL DEALER:

• We offer 30% off of the published price for all products, parts, and accessories at the time the order is received by Patient Attentive Care Medical Equipment, Inc.
• No annual revenue commitment - Dealers 30% discount does not fluctuate based on sales volume
• We provide the Dealer with leads on inquiries received for our products
• Provide consulting and recommendations as needed on each order in an effort to ensure safety as well as reduction in cost for your clients.
• Initial training on all equipment
• On-going training for both residential and institutional locations

PREMIER LEVEL DEALER:

• We offer 40% off of the published price for all products, parts and accessories at the time the order is received by Patient Attentive Care Medical Equipment, Inc.
• Provide consulting and recommendations as needed on each order in an effort to ensure safety as well as reduction in cost for your clients.
• We provide the Dealer with leads on inquiries received for our products
• Additional discounts will apply based on sales volume
• Initial training on all equipment
• On-going training for both residential and institutional locations
• Marketing tools (i.e. we will market your territory on your behalf in an effort to build your business grow) to meet the needs of your consumers and keep up with the demands in today’s competitive market

Premier Dealers are expected to obligate themselves to the following objectives:

• Meet or exceed an annual sales volume of $100,000.00 in orders placed with Patient Attentive Care Medical Equipment, Inc.
• Dealer agrees not to market, sell, manufacture, or distribute products that are directly competitive with Patient Attentive Care Medical Equipment, Inc./Chiltern Invadex products
• Purchase a demonstration product from Patient Attentive Care Medical Equipment, Inc. within six (6) months of the ratification of this agreement.
• Follow up on all leads provided by Patient Attentive Care Medical Equipment, Inc. regardless of the type - institutional or home care.

In addition, PREMIER Dealers are afforded the following benefit:

Protected Territory, (territory, as defined in the DEALER AGREEMENT, Patient Attentive Care Medical Equipment, Inc. does not intend to recruit, or add any other dealers to assigned territory without advance notice to DEALER.
